This action plan consultation is in additional more full design service option for after the placemaking / community consult! A report will be included after the meeting with materials mentioned below. Builtfully offers expertise on placemaking and community engagement for this consultation session through advice on project management, programming, events, operations, and communications to make places better for all. Below are example questions to answer during the consultation session: What is the history of the site? What character and overall feel do I want to create with a mood board? What are similar case studies to draw inspiration from? Do you have or need before and after renderings? What changes can be made to enhance the space? What are ways to improve operations/communications? What are the benefits of placemaking? What are some favorite design tips? How can I ensure people will engage and be attracted to the site? What changes should I make to improve flow? How to create a programming plan? How can I do more community outreach? What should I be aware of in my design plan? How do I obtain the permits and follow the planning regulations and policies? This consultation includes a 60-minute Zoom call to discuss your plans and project. This action plan is a part of the design process to get ideas and inspiration for moving forward with a report. A write-up with a variety of options for your ideation packet includes: - Ideation and tips for creation - Efficient and effective ways to enhance your place/space - Global and local Case Studies/examples of similar spaces - Research the history and specific site information - Mood board with inspiration and design ideas - Programming and project plan if needed - Before and after the rendering of space, if needed - Consultant and advice for next steps for success How it works: - Sign up for a Zoom appointment by booking online - I will review your site and/or plan before the call - During our meeting, you can ask questions regarding your placemaking site - Ideation is my strong suit, so creative solutions, here we come! - An action plan report to follow If interested, here are the following steps: - Schedule your meeting and fill out the form - Pay the consultation and packet fee online through my website (If you are a non-profit and/or a start-up, please get in touch, and we can work out a different fee) - Send me your site, plans, questions, and goals I look forward to working with you!
